Publication of IEA Ocean Energy Systems White Paper on OTEC
The International Energy Agency (IES)’s Ocean Energy Systems (OES) organization has published ”Using Sea Water for Heating, Cooling and Power Production.” The pamphlet introduces six projects through interviews on Ocean Thermal Energy Conversion (OTEC), Seawater Air Conditioning (SWAC), etc, including an interview by Benjamin Martin of the GOSEA Secretariat.
