The Global Ocean reSource and Energy Association’s primary activities revolve around bringing together experts in the academic, private, and government sectors to discuss and develop the various topics our subcommittees deem important to the realization of efficient and effective use of the Ocean’s resources and energy.

Each subcommittee is responsible for meeting to discuss topics within their purview as needed. Subcommittee meetings may also coincide with the general assembly of GOSEA members which normally meets a few times each year.

GOSEA may also organize special meetings, symposiums, and/or provide members to speak at related events in Japan or abroad.
